updated Lab 3b just posted (plus grader & FAQ improvements)

A new updated version of Lab 3b has just been posted. The update includes a few minor clarifications that should help students avoid snags.

The Lab 3b file in that same Google Drive folder has been updated in place so you can just download it again now to have the new version. Please download and distribute to your students going forward.

We've also made a number of tweaks to improve the grader app as well as the Help FAQ. No need for you to do anything for those - the students will be accessing the new versions automatically.
