Alert: All Students Need to Reactivate the Developer Console to Use the Grader App Starting Now
In the Winter 27 Release that Salesforce just deployed (10/2), they deactivated the Developer Console that students use to score their work in the Grader App. This is easily restored using the following steps:
Click the Setup gear icon on the upper right and select Setup from the drop-down
In the Quick Find box on the left, type Web Console
Find the Enable Developer Console setting
Toggle the setting to Active
Reload the page–then the Developer Console will show up from now on in the Setup menu
Please announce these steps to any of your students currently working the labs to avoid confusion.
These steps have been added to the Grader app installation page so, going forward, students will make this setting at the outset.
They have also been added to the Help FAQ at the student support site MaxzPlace (linked from each cover page), so students who have already started the labs will be able to find the solution there, on their own, 24/7.
